Project Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the REDD+ Readiness Preparation Project and provides technical and administrative support to project implementation; importantly, responsible for adequately carrying out the monitoring and evaluation of the project. 

 

9. Reasons for rejecting other applicants 

Applications were not considered to satisfy: 

– applications were not considered to satisfy the professional/technical capacity criterion 

– application was not considered to satisfy clause 1.9 (c) (Relationship with Borrowers Staff) of the World Bank’s guidelines 

– application was not considered to satisfy the required start date due to the need for secondment (Public Service procedures calls for a public officer to apply for secondment at least a month before the date, which is intended for the secondment to come into effect).
