Terms of Reference: Full Time Consultancy for Project Management Services

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is a global platform addressing climate change through investments in low-emission and climate-resilient development, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in developing countries and aiding adaptation to climate impacts. It offers various funding windows and programs, including mitigation, adaptation, private sector support, and readiness programs.

In 2018, PACT received GCF accreditation as a national Direct Access Entity in Belize. In collaboration with Belize's Ministry of Economic Development and the National Climate Change Office, PACT secured GCF financing for a project spanning 34 months. This project will formulate and implement a multisectoral National Adaptation Plan, addressing priority sectors like land use, tourism, health, agriculture, and forestry, to enhance climate resilience and support vulnerable communities. PACT is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee its implementation and facilitate national adaptation planning in Belize.
