Mr. Abil Castañeda is the Director of Quality Management and Capacity Development and is also the Registrar of Hotels at the Belize Tourism Board. He holds a master’s degree in Tourism Management, Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico.
