PACT, Belize’s National Implementing Entity of the Adaptation Fund, is implementing the project “Enhancing the Resilience of Belize’s Coastal Communities to Climate Change Impacts.” To support this initiative, PACT is seeking an Accounts Clerk to assist with accurate financial recording, reporting, and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout project implementation.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Record and process financial transactions and payments
Conduct bank and account reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting, dashboards, and analysis
Support budget monitoring and revenue collection
Provide audit, asset, and inventory management support
Assist in improving financial systems and controls
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience
ACCA Certification or equivalent is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
