The Administrative Assistant (AA) is a vital member of PACT, responsible for a diverse range of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is essential for maintaining a professional and well-organized work environment which facilitates the effective day-to-day activities of all departments and units within PACT.
🌎Key Responsibilities:
Office management and administrative support.
Reception and front-desk coordination.
Logistics planning and coordination.
Secretarial and clerical services.
Meeting and event coordination.
Fleet management and vehicle scheduling.
IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to support organizational efficiency.
Enabling team members to focus on strategic objectives and contribute to PACT’s overall success.
🔎 What we’re looking for:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Management
Minimum of three (3) years work experience in administrative or operations support.
